Studio SMC was approached with the task of evaluating an existing building to conduct minimal, but impactful, aesthetic design changes for a turn-key space for a client.  After thorough programming of the company's wants and needs, and after detailed assessments of the building, the project quickly evolved into a complete gut/reno of the entire facility and property.  This building is new from inside out and has evolved from a 1980's building to a modern, Class-A office space.

After the redesign was complete, including building finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, we planned and managed 2 phased moves into the new space.
