SMC Provided ‘boots on ground’ project management services for the new construction of a 203,000 square foot light manufacturing space that included multiple cleanrooms, labs, research, warehouse, and office space. We were responsible for weekly photo log reporting and site reviews. Studio SMC also assisted with the search for both General Contractor and Clean Room manufacturers including RFP, bid reviews, interviews, and awards for all. We performed project budget tracking against actual spending using Smartsheet, and monitered and tracked all construction change orders. Post substantial completion, SMC provided move management coordination for multiple phased moves as operations shut down and ramped up between facilities. Post-move, we provided signage and branding, EHS support, and decommissioning of the existing building.
