Their goal was clear: refresh the space with new finishes and furnishings while preserving the charm that regulars love. The space also needed to be more accessible and comfortable for all guests.

We delivered a playful, diner-inspired redesign that brings the shoppe’s brand to life—balancing nostalgia with a fresh, updated look.

The refreshed interior features retro diner touches—checkerboard flooring and bold colors—blended with clean, modern lines and comfortable seating.

The New Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe now offers an environment that’s just as memorable as the food. Patrons enjoy a bright, lively space that feels both new and nostalgic. Accessibility updates have also made the space more welcoming for everyone.
