II-VI has been a long-time client of Studio SMC.  Their Saxonburg location was growing rapidly and needed more lab and warehousing space.  SMC did a programming study on how much space II-VI needed to accommodate departments that were to be relocated, and helped II-VI source space through a realtor.  SMC designed and moved their Executive Leadership and Administrative departments onto 2 floors of an existing building in Warrendale.
