Managing space allocations within an organization is an ongoing process that needs continual maintenance and updates to stay efficient. This involves the tracking of how much space an organization has, managing occupancy information, and creating spatial plans.
Allow us to assist with the following:

Conduct ongoing space management by graphically displaying space utilization by occupancy, space type, department, etc. through the use of color-coding square footages

Manage occupant spaces and track employee moves, hires, and discharges

Identify and report asset information and assign assets to properties, buildings, floors, spaces, etc.
